Google sheets doesn’t offer many options to syle charts and graphs. All chart options are very basic and it can be hard to build a good looking and more importantly effective chart in Google Sheets.
Over the many years I have used Google Sheets, I learnt a few tricks to style my charts in a nice effective way. Even though there are many other tools to build data visualizations, Google Sheets still serve a purpose and I have used charts from Google Sheets into Google Slides presentations.
To help others who may be struggling with data visualization in Google Sheets, I created a Google Sheet Chart Templete with several styled and ready to use charts. Make a copy of the Google Sheet and then you can paste your data into the table to update the graph. I have included some more commonly used charts as well as a slopegraph templete that is not readily available in Google Sheets.
